Founded in 2011 by Bruce Elwell, Steve Cox and Jordan Karp, Adirondack Distilling Company is located in the small town of Utica, New York. Using a custom-crafted copper still and locally grown corn, they are helping to bring back the distilling tradition of Central New York.
