Last Shot Distillery opened in 2015 two miles from downtown Skaneateles, NY in the same place The Kellog & Earl Distillery operated in the 19th century. The distillery is a collaboration of Chris Uyehara (distiller), John Menapace, and Kate Menapace. Last Shot Distillery is working with locally sourced ingredients to produce whiskey, vodka and maple rum. They distill in approximately 100 gallon stills and currently age in small barrels.
