This full-bodied rum is matured in a wooden oak cask for four years. It is produced entirely in traditional pot distills and made from caramelized sugar or molasses. Black Sail has more character and flavor than many of its counterparts and is generally consumed straight.
It all started with our premier spirit, Black Sail Rum. Hand crafted and small batch distilled in traditional pot stills with black strap molasses, it is then matured for four years in traditional oak barrels.
