Honey Moonshine is Kings County moonshine infused approximately six months with full honeycomb frames from Brooklyn Grange, a rooftop farm, and neighbors to the distillery in the Brooklyn Navy Yard. The honey infusion is made entirely with NYC-residing bees, whose honey, wax, and propolis all contribute to the full honeycomb flavor of the un-oaked whiskey.
The whiskey is bottled unfiltered with residue from the honeycomb.
