Made from 100% home-grown apples. Harvest Spirits carefully distills fermented hard cider twice in small batches. Aged for 2 years in 50 gallon ex-bourbon casks, then finished in 15 gallons quarter casks.
Because of the aging process, this spirit comes out more like a bourbon than a brandy. Cornelius Applejack is not charcoal filtrated, naturally gluten free with no sugar and no additives.
