Founded in a Harlem basement in 2012, Doc Herson's Natural Spirits is the 1st Absinthe Distillery in New York City. Each small batch is bottled individually, wax sealed and hand-labeled by the Master Distiller, Kevin Herson.
A modern take on a classic green absinthe with tasting notes of fennel, green anise, grand wormwood and fresh mint. Earthy and herbaceous, simply enjoy over ice or in a variety of cocktails.
