Another milestone for this first rate distiller in this Bonded release of Bourbon. Made from a mash of local grains grown near the farm-distillery by independent farmers, the breakdown of 60% corn, 30% rye & 10%malted barley was distilled in the hand hammered direct fire pot stills at Coppersea and aged for a minimum of 4yrs in 53 gallon new American Oak barrels made from very rare barrels coopered from 100% New York White Oak. This is a limited release for the time being.
